What matters is when you ask for the change: before or after the courier collects the parcel. The sooner you let us know, the easier the change is.
Before the parcel is collected
- City Sender corrects the delivery address free of charge, as long as the shipping price stays the same.
- If the new address changes the price, we'll let you know before going ahead.
After the parcel is collected
- Send your request through the contact form, with your booking number and the new address.
- City Sender passes the request to the courier.
- The courier decides whether it can make the change. If it accepts, there will most likely be an extra charge.
The change isn't guaranteed
Until the change is confirmed, the courier may deliver the parcel to the address in the original booking. A change to another city or country may not be accepted.
Who can request the change?
Either the person who made the booking or the recipient can request the change. The recipient may also get a notice from the courier with options, such as redirecting the parcel or collecting it from a service point.
Check before you pay
Check the recipient's address, postcode and phone number before you complete your booking. This helps you avoid delays and extra charges.
