If you choose to pay by bank transfer, City Sender emails you our bank account details and the amount of your booking. Your booking is only activated once the full amount has reached our account.
What do I do after the transfer?
- Enter your order number as the payment reference.
- Email your proof of payment to info@citysender.gr, and tell us which bank you paid from.
- Once the amount reaches our account, we activate your order and email you a confirmation together with your shipping label.
For a faster confirmation
Transfers from a different bank can take time to arrive. If you can, pay into an account at the same bank as yours, or pay with IRIS. See all payment methods.
Deadlines
If your proof of payment doesn't reach us before the pickup date, the pickup is postponed and a new date is set once we receive it. If we don't receive proof of payment within 30 days of booking, the booking is cancelled.
Bank charges
Any bank charges for the transfer are paid by the customer. If the amount that reaches us is less than the booking amount, the booking isn't confirmed.
