For most shipments, you see the price straight away when you book online. When a shipment has non-standard dimensions, weight or requirements, the price is given as an individual quote.
When do I need an individual quote?
- For pallets, or shipments with several pallets.
- For machinery or heavy items.
- For parcels over the limits of online pricing, when the platform doesn't show an instant price.
What details do I send?
- The number of pallets or parcels.
- Exact dimensions (length, width, height) and exact weight.
- The contents and value of the shipment.
- Full pickup and delivery addresses.
- Whether you're interested in additional insurance.
Send them through the contact form or to info@citysender.gr. We usually reply with a quote the same working day.
What happens after I receive the quote?
- If you're happy with it, fill in the pickup form with the sender and recipient details.
- Pay by card or bank transfer.
- We check your details and payment, then email you the shipping labels and any accompanying documents.
- The courier collects from your premises on the agreed day and time.
Give accurate details
The quote applies to the details you declared. Pallet prices are calculated for stackable pallets. If the shipment is different at pickup, extra charges may apply. See what a stackable pallet is.
Some shipments can't be handled
If the shipment exceeds the permitted dimensions or weight, or the contents can't be transported, we'll let you know that we can't handle it.

How do I print and attach the shipping label?
You receive the shipping label by email after booking. Print it and stick it firmly on the top of the parcel, where it can be seen clearly. If you're sending several parcels, put one label on each. No printer? Print it at a print shop or at a friend's.

Which items are prohibited or not insured?

How do I measure and weigh my parcel correctly?
Measure the box after sealing it, from the outside and at its widest points, and round each dimension up to the next whole centimetre. Weigh each box separately and enter the weight exactly as the scale shows it, without rounding down.
