All questions
Which items are prohibited or not insured?
You can't send items such as weapons, flammables, sprays and perfumes, tobacco, drugs, cash or animals. Other items, such as fragile goods, antiques and jewellery, are allowed but aren't covered by the basic insurance. For lithium batteries and alcohol, ask us before booking.
How do I measure and weigh my parcel correctly?
Measure the box after sealing it, from the outside and at its widest points, and round each dimension up to the next whole centimetre. Weigh each box separately and enter the weight exactly as the scale shows it, without rounding down.
How do I print and attach the shipping label?
You receive the shipping label by email after booking. Print it and stick it firmly on the top of the parcel, where it can be seen clearly. If you're sending several parcels, put one label on each. No printer? Print it at a print shop or at a friend's.
Do I need an account to send a parcel?
No. You can book and pay without an account. With a free account, though, you earn 2% in CityPoints on every shipment, save addresses and see all your shipments, charges and tracking in one place.
How do I request a quote for a non-standard shipment?
If the platform doesn't show an instant price, for example for pallets, machinery or very large parcels, request a quote through the contact form or at info@citysender.gr. Send the dimensions, weight, contents, value and addresses. We usually reply the same working day.
